Legal Status

The UNDL Foundation is a non-for-profit international organization incorporated under the Swiss Civil Law. It was created on January 17th 2001, and registered by the Federal Office of the Commercial Registry on March 1st 2001, under the number CH 660-0464001-3. Its Headquarters is located in Geneva, at the following address: UNDL Foundation, Maison Internationale de l'Environnement II (MIE II), Chemin de Balexert 7- 9, 4ème étage, 1219 Châtelaine, Genève, Suisse. A Council of 12 members governs the Foundation.

The core of the UNDL Foundation

The UNL Center is the core of the foundation. It has the overall responsibility for promoting and coordinating the UNLP and, in particular, the development and maintenance of the UNL system.
